What we collect
When you ask for an estimate, on this site or through a Facebook or Instagram form, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email, city or ZIP, what is going on with your pool, and any photos you choose to send.
How we use it
We use it to contact you about your pool, set up a visit, send a written quote, and follow up on that request. If you agreed to it on the form, we may call or text you at the number you gave, including with automated technology. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out, and you can ask us to stop calling at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the tools we use to run the business (for example our website host, form and email providers, and Meta when you submit a form on Facebook or Instagram), and with a subcontractor only when needed to quote or do your job.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests as long as we need them to serve you and keep basic business records, then delete them.
Your choices
